Andrew Greene
Andy is the Managing Partner of ASG Law Firm. As a former big firm partner and founder of a commercial litigation boutique, he has represented Fortune 500 companies and SMB’s across the U.S. in matters involving contract disputes, crisis management, data privacy, government investigations, board governance, insurance coverage, intellectual property, health care provider reimbursement, shareholder disputes, employment law, and more.
Throughout his career, Andy has developed a track record of achieving results through creative solutions. He has tried cases in both federal and Illinois state court and arbitrated and mediated multiple matters. He has also argued appeals in both federal and state courts. When representing plaintiffs in commercial litigation, Andy has recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of clients. On the defense side, he has achieved dismissal or favorable settlement of high-profile individual claims as well as class actions.
Andy also has a technology background and has provided guidance to a number of large legal departments on their internal systems. He is the founder of company that served as a platform for the development and delivery of technology and support services to the legal market.
Andy started his career at Altheimer & Gray, where he made partner. He later joined Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal (now Dentons) as partner, after which he founded a successful commercial litigation boutique that successfully developed a model for applying fixed fees and alternative billing to complex commercial litigation. Andy later became a partner at Elevate, a company that provided operational and technical expertise to inhouse legal departments. Most recently before launching ASG Law Firm, he founded Nextpoint Law Group, one of the first Arizona ABS law firms owned by a legal tech company.
